Job Title: Electronics Technical Lead

This is a key role that drives innovation and progress in electronics development, leading internal and external teams.

  • Develop architectural concepts in multidisciplinary teams and manage outsourcing activities.
  • Specify electronic modules and components, contributing specialist knowledge in electronic engineering fields.
  • Apply hands-on knowledge from concept phase to production of high-end mechatronic systems.
  • Ensure product compliance with EMI/EMC standards and guide the team in troubleshooting and solution analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Expertise in Mixed Signal, Analog, and Digital Circuit Design, including Signal and Power.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience in complete Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Proficiency in Multi-layer High-Speed Impedance Control board design.
  • Skilled in using electronic tools and instruments with excellent debugging skills and analytical reasoning.
  • Experience in ensuring designs meet compliance standards (safety, ESD, EMI/EMC).
Preferred Skills:
  • AC to DC Power Supply, motor drives (BLDC, Stepper) Design and debugging.

Total experience: 8-14 years.
