As a pioneering expert in data-driven innovation, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of AI to drive business outcomes and improve patient care. We seek a seasoned Data Scientist who can design and lead the development of intelligent solutions to enhance health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced machine learning initiatives to break down complex business problems and design solution workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine learning algorithms and take them to market through strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with our data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products/workflows
  • Develop tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate and automate the development cycle

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python - building enterprise applications
  • Deep experience in classical and new-age NLP techniques - trained or fine-tuned a transformer architecture
  • Understanding of new-age fine LLM tuning techniques like PEFT (LoRA and QLoRA experience preferred)
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques including RAG, VectorDBs, Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following - LangChain, Crew.AI
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks - PyTorch, HuggingFace transformers
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform - Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
  • Good to have - Experience with API frameworks leveraging their capabilities for developing robust web applications (FastAPI preferred)
  • Good to have - Comfortable with AWS cloud technologies
