Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of agile methodologies, coaching teams to improve their self-organizing maturity, and fostering a customer-focused approach to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and facilitate standard meetings, backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Foster continuous improvement by coaching teams to adopt agile principles, encouraging them to take ownership of their work, and promoting a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Cultivate customer focus by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the desired business outcome, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate the sizing of stories during planning sprints, backlog grooming, or sprint planning sessions to ensure accurate estimation and timely delivery.
  • Leverage metrics to assist delivery, enable transparency, and optimize the iterative/incremental development process, ensuring that teams are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve or escalate blocking impediments and known risks through analysis and prioritization, taking into account the impact on project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Manage and negotiate scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables to support business goals, monitoring schedule and cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to determine staffing requirements, providing inputs on project workload and expected fulfillment time to inform resource allocation decisions.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure that development teams are practicing core agile principles, including collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • 10 years of IT experience, including prior Scrum Master experience.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or any other related certification.
