As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at VAP Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing our IT infrastructure, including cameras, biometric systems, firewalls, and data backup solutions. This involves designing and implementing end-to-end network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Your responsibilities will also include user account management, ensuring proper functioning and security of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies.

Furthermore, you will monitor and respond to security alerts, escalating issues as necessary, and ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

You will work closely with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting up and managing IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and backup solutions. You will possess strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including cameras, biometric systems, firewalls, and data backup solutions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
  • Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
