About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our data operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines across multiple business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  2. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
  3. Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  4. Support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in-flight projects.
  7. Provide operational support for daily feeds across multiple geographies.
  8. Participate in Informatica upgrade projects, service restarts, and automation initiatives.
  9. Handle support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter and associated tools.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
