**Role Overview**

As a key member of DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and building strong relationships to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring CASA, salary accounts, and cross-selling multiple banking products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Acquiring new accounts from the branch catchment area
  • Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
  • Activating accounts, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and increasing wallet share of our banking products, including insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and MF
  • Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
  • Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • A degree in any discipline, with additional qualifications in Banking/Finance/Law or MBA being an added advantage
  • IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred, and a must post joining
