The Program Coordinator role at Aiwo is a key position that involves planning, implementing, and overseeing various programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing program goals, objectives, and strategies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the program.
- Organize and manage all logistical aspects of the program, including venue arrangements, travel, and accommodations.
- Monitor program expenses and budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and documentation.
- Track and document program progress, performance, and outcomes.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future program improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all program activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education).
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Tamil) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
