IT Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of ITIL Framework and Terminologies. Previous experience in an IT helpdesk environment is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts and weeks off.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk environment (preferably)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework and Terminologies
- C1 certification in German language (mandatory)
