We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping our strategic direction.

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annumAbout the Role

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for developing and refining our overall strategic plan, aligning it with long-term objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically assessing our portfolio and driving key interventions to enhance product growth.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry disruptions to identify growth opportunities.

In addition, the Transformation Leader will provide guidance and lead transformational initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and improving organizational effectiveness.

This includes developing and implementing change management strategies, monitoring progress, tracking key performance indicators, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

The Transformation Leader will also support M&A review activities, including target identification and alignment to key organizational objectives. They will ensure key targets receive adequate support for due diligence and negotiation of acquisition deals, as well as oversee the development of integration plans to facilitate seamless integration of acquired entities into the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading Strategy & Transformation in the MNC environment across the South East Asia Pacific market.
  • Must have experience leading Manufacturing & Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Knowledge and previous success experience of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in strategic management ideally including joint venture strategies and M&As.
  • Excellent communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and deliver results in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving value and achieving business objectives.
About You

You should be eager to take ownership of strategic decisions and have a high degree of autonomy. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
