Job Overview:

Aceolution is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of industry experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, specifically Node.js, PHP, and React.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring technical feasibility of projects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring best practices in software development.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both backend and frontend systems.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full development stack.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices, and apply them where applicable.

Must-Have Skills:

Frontend

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.

Backend

  • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development, with experience in frameworks like Express.js.
  • Expertise in PHP, preferably with experience in frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Strong experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Other Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in using Git and Git-based workflows for version control.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with frontend state management libraries like Redux or Vuex.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with security best practices in web development, including OWASP.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
