Deputy Manager Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our Assurance & Controls Assurance team. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client service, managing engagement risk, and developing solutions to identify, assess, and respond to risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality client service by working directly with clients to understand management expectations, evaluate current risk management environments, and design and implement solutions to improve risk management capabilities.
  • Manage engagement risk and project economics, including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from the client.
  • Develop and deploy methodologies related to risk assessment and prioritization, risk responses, and risk management capability assessments, supporting tools, and other materials.
  • Be actively involved in eminence activities, people development, and training staff on initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT audits, ITGC, ITAC, SOX, ICFR, IFC, SAS 70, SSAE, SOC, IT Financial Audit, and Business Automated Controls, or any other regulatory compliance audits.
  • Hands-on experience or led projects to comply with regulatory requirements, international standards like SSAE, ISAE, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, relating to information security.
  • Excellent English skills, excellent presentation skills, and soft skills, influencing, negotiation, etc.
  • Certifications of CISA, CISSP, CISM are preferred.
