Job Description

We are seeking a talented Insurance Operations Data Analyst to join our team at IN014 Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives by processing and managing data effectively.
  • Maintain performance standards, adhere to Company policies, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company procedures.
  • Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry and maintain a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
  • Complete all training-related activities when assigned and be aware of completing all assigned activities within stipulated time.
  • Ensure all production targets are met in training and BAU (Post-training).
  • Communicate status of work, any issues with team managers and manager on time and schedule adherence is a must.
  • No unplanned leaves.
  • Your hiring manager and HR will inform you of the shift requirement for the team you are interviewing for.

Compliance, Regulatory, and Procedural Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues, and the business interest of the company.
  • Appropriate usage of Marsh Specialty's systems to monitor, record, and retain information.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively ensure compliance with regulatory and risks framework.
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, and operating procedures.
  • Keep own knowledge and expertise up to date and relevant.
  • Identify and evaluate risks appropriately. Recognize how own actions impact on compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills with stakeholder and client management connects required.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Insurance industry knowledge desired for the profile.
  • Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency required.
  • Document Validation/Review experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agency Management System is desired.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
