Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our Product Sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and compliant documentation system that supports the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. This includes managing and maintaining all documentation related to the Product Sourcing function, ensuring documents are accurately controlled, stored, and distributed to support efficient operations. You will also be responsible for implementing document version control procedures, updating templates as needed, and training staff on document control procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Certificate in Document Control, Records Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in document management systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience in document control, preferably within a manufacturing or sourcing environment.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and version control.
Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a central document repository and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  2. Implement document version control procedures and update templates as needed.
  3. Train and support staff on document control procedures.
  4. Collaborate with Product Sourcing, QA, and engineering teams to meet documentation needs and support operational efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain schedules for document reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.
  6. Ensure all documentation meets audit requirements and supports both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring it complies with regulatory standards.
