About this role:


Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evolving the HR Portfolio and roadmap within the Talent Acquisition space. This role requires close collaboration with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business.


You will work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments. Your expertise will be essential in building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap within the Talent Acquisition space in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business.
  2. Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments.
  3. Function as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
  4. Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test cases.
  5. Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
  6. Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
  7. Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes.
  8. Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business.
  9. Partner with client area to execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of overly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday).
  10. Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy.
  11. Own and execute on system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management.
  12. Drive and maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance, and regression testing.
  13. Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories.
  14. Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  15. Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  16. Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-time.
  17. Contribute to delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience in Workday TA module.
  • Working in a Agile ecosystem and intricate knowledge of Agile ceremonies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations.
  • 1+ years' experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application (HRSD).
  • 1+ years' experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners.
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management.
  • Ability to operate as part of cross-functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
