Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Business Intelligence Developer to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling, as well as proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced visualization techniques.
  • Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud data warehouses, etc.) and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations, and leadership) to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in data visualization, governance, and security.
  • Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and self-service analytics needs of business users.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in Power BI development and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
