We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join TagLynk Careers Pvt. Ltd. (Hirelo) team as a key member of our ecommerce agency.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, producing high-quality content, and strategizing visually appealing graphics for our clients' ecommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Align with the brands voice and strategize and manage clients social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website pages
  • Manage and mentor the design team to ensure visually appealing graphics, including images, videos, infographics, and GIFs, that effectively communicate the brand's messaging and products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize content accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and design trends and incorporate them into our strategies and content.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers.

  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.
  • Strong data analysis skills to analyze key metrics of campaign success
  • A team player who is willing to work with various internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content for social media, including text, graphics, and videos.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing social media campaigns, including monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of analytics and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
