Senior Lead Generation Business Developer

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries.
We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Business Developer to join our team full-time in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and pitches to targeted prospects
- Pitching Ciklum's value proposition for consulting and digital engineering work to companies in the North American region
- Talking to influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/Digital Engineering services and scheduling conference calls
- Qualifying prospects and identifying potential opportunities
- Following up with identified prospects who have shown interest in using our services
- Coordinating with technical teams to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and sales teams
- Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in inside sales or sales development on an international level (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably in IT services or software business
- Clear and polished written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
- Research skills via various online tools
- Teamwork and methodological skills
- Technical aptitude in using online and sales automation tools
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and independence
About Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
