- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and trade show participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of experience in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
