Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand. The successful candidate will create designs that feel premium, connect with consumers, and build brand loyalty across all consumer touchpoints.

About This Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a senior graphic designer to take on a leadership role and drive the design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Working with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translating consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentoring junior designers and freelancers; providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Staying on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
