Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions by analyzing market, customer, and user data.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that relate to the success of our marketing efforts.
  • Support our C-suite with dashboards and ad hoc analysis to drive deeper insights into the organization and identify levers of financial and operational improvements.
  • Uncover deep insights about learner behaviors and customer engagement, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing departments to increase the effectiveness of our products.
  • Work closely with our Data Science team on developing key models to help drive automated insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, finance, data science, statistics, economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • 3-7 years of analytical or data science experience, or 2-5 years plus a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to independently plan and iterate on assignments to arrive at appropriate deliverables.
  • Ability to establish subject matter expertise in an assigned business area.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with experience in developing deep analytical insights about users of digital products and services.
  • Technical skills in SQL, ETLs, Tableau, R, and Python.
  • Prior marketing or sales analytics experience is a plus.
