Job Title : Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Location : Bengaluru

Experience Range : 6-10 years

This role involves working as a Senior HR Business Partner for Customer Services Consulting and Corporate Architecture Division. We seek experienced professionals with good business acumen and an understanding of business partnering activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To understand the key drivers of consulting business from an HR perspective, driving growth through effective people strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement impactful HR policies and practices that support strategic growth objectives.
  • Offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy execution.
  • Provide timely information and education to all levels on HR issues, ensuring informed decision making.
  • Educate and coach managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Deliver HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Contribute to the development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Partner with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence where employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead core HR processes across products, including performance calibration, compensation cycle, and promotions.
  • Analyze various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to inform decision making and provide proactive solutions.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Share knowledge on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

Compensation Package : This role comes with a competitive salary range of ₹18-22 lakhs per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
