Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to understand product/business/user needs and craft future-ready product experiences.
  • Take ownership of design quality throughout the product design lifecycle, from requirement gathering to validation and implementation.
  • Conduct usability tests, present findings, and recommend corrections.
  • Discuss design concepts, solutions, or prototype proposals, elucidating the rationale behind design choices.
  • Advocate for the user, creating elegantly simple user experiences for complex workflows.
  • Stay informed about design and technology trends, inspiring and introducing latest interaction design practices.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in HCI or above, with 6-8 years of experience working in complex B2B products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality skills, innovation, and UX design expertise.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, encompassing essential UX functions.
  • Inquisitive and enthusiastic, adept at uncovering pain points and challenges across our Source-to-Pay suite of products.
  • Good visual design skills, with attention to detail in typography, iconography, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
  • Expertise in using design tools like Figma, including working with design systems, Autolayout & Components, and Adobe Creative Suite.
