  • Collaborate with the Sales team and commercial team to process Reagents Orders for Region/Premier customers.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for Price updates, Stock Allocations, shipment delivery, and payment confirmations.
  • Oversee the liquidation of short-expiry Reagents.
  • Work closely with the customer and Sales team to facilitate reverse movements of goods to the warehouse during claim settlements.
  • Create detailed reports such as Sales Flash, Backorder Working, OTD, and Elifar.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand standard contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
