Compensation Lead Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Lead to join our team at Corpay. As a Compensation Lead, you will play a critical role in administering sales variable compensation calculations, modeling ROI analysis, and strategic partnership management.
Key Responsibilities- Administer sales variable compensation calculations and modeling ROI analysis.
- Manage strategic partnerships and support business leaders in making informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and in-house platforms to support compensation analytics.
- Collaborate with compensation analysts to ensure accurate and timely compensation calculations.
- Develop and implement reports and tools to support commissions and incentives.
- Monitor and analyze data output from processes to maintain consumable data formats.
- 4-5 years' experience in Compensation Analytics and Financial Planning.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize work with a focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Exceptional people skills, including well-developed conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
