As a fast-growing, globally distributed organization, we seek an IT Engineer to support our team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.

The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to employees with hardware/software needs, and maintaining secure access to company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
