Technical Support Manager

The Kindle Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join their team. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support engineers and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to improve software development and customer support.
- Enhance and maintain a best-of-class engineering team.
- Manage resources across teams to ensure optimal utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of software/systems engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in hiring, building, and supervising high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of programming/scripting languages (Java, C++, Perl, Python, shell scripting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information.
- Knowledge of AWS services and fundamentals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Strong metrics focus and operational excellence.
- Ability to hire and develop great people.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues.
