Territory Sales Incharge Position

Pidilite Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, and other building materials.
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Incharge to join our team in Chandigarh.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve overall sales objectives by meeting primary and secondary targets in DRCP outlets assigned to the WSS TTY
- Manage WSS functions, including policy enforcement, claim management, and balance confirmations, and suggest corrective actions for exceptions
- Develop and maintain trade relationships with key customers to achieve secondary targets in top outlets through superior engagement and tie-up programs
- Engage with end-users through activities such as Naka meets, RKP forms, and formal meetings, and enroll new users in the RTG program to drive higher points each month
Estimated Salary: ₹12 lakhs - ₹18 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
