As a highly skilled Customer Service Representative at Applicantz, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our programs. Under the guidance of Program Managers, you will perform a wide range of tasks to drive the implementation of program goals and objectives.

We are seeking a talented individual with 3+ years of experience in a customer or service-focused administrative environment. Your degree-level qualification, high level of English language skills, and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike. Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities will be crucial in ensuring the success of our programs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in program coordination/administration in an IT environment, as well as experience handling inbound and outbound communications by email, telephone, and virtual channels. You will also have a proven track record of administering databases, maintaining data quality, and revising procedures to ensure efficient operation.

Key responsibilities will include processing software license requests for partners, providing superior support and service to all partners, updating public-facing Autodesk App Store fronts, and assisting with new partner application processes.
