  • Job Card Creation & Workflow Coordination: Create detailed job cards with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated working hours, completion date, and estimated costs. Explain the work to be done to the customer and coordinate with the Lead Technician to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
  • Customer Approvals & Communication: Obtain customer approval for any extensions to the service order and maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the progress of their vehicle service.
  • Issue Resolution & Upselling: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the automobile industry in the service sector.
  • Any Graduate or ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

What We Offer:

Up to ₹23,000 CTC including PF and ESIC.
