About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our Digital Foundation team as a Capability Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive visibility, build familiarity, and generate customer leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer segments, needs, and competitor moves, informing product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the team to craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Business unit, aligning with overarching marketing and business strategies.
  • Content Creation and Roadmap Planning: Develop quarterly and annual content marketing plans in conjunction with business leaders, focusing on always-on marketing and customizable channel-based campaigns.
  • Partner Marketing: Jointly develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with partners, driving engagement and generating leads.
  • Compelling Content and Promotion: Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, leveraging various channels for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and sales presentations.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and implement lead nurturing strategies, guiding prospects through the sales funnel and converting them into customers.
  • Collaboration and Measurement: Partner with business, sales, service lines, operations, industry marketing teams, and corporate and brand teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities, measuring effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in partner marketing, product and solutions marketing.
  • Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end content creation, roadmap planning, and management.
  • A self-starter individual contributor with excellent collaboration and people management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, drive innovation, and prioritize tasks effectively.
