As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing revenue management processes, updating planning, and quoting groups to ensure the hotel meets its operational turnover budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors' pricing, and closed dates to inform future pricing strategies.
- Analyze contract performance and provide recommendations for renewal decisions.
- Support the creation of the annual revenue budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in hotels.
