Job Description

  • We are seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with business clients (small, medium, or large enterprises).
  • The successful candidate will understand client business needs and offer customized banking solutions.
  • This role involves leading efforts to cross-sell business loans, credit products, trade finance, and other services.
  • The individual must monitor client portfolios and ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and payments.
  • They will handle complex client issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Additionally, the Sr. Relationship Manager will lead, mentor, and support junior relationship managers or team members.
  • Achieving business growth and sales targets for the division is essential.
  • The position requires coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business banking or relationship management with business clients is required.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products and financial services is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
  • The ability to manage high-value clients and business portfolios is crucial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) is required.
