About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. To translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
  2. To provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  3. Support Delivery Manager & Platform analyst in evaluating solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation.
  4. To develop and provide required user training for implemented application.
  5. Collaborate with Business, Architects and Platform Analyst to elaborate on requirements.
  6. Prior to UAT validate that solution meets business requirements.
  7. Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of product.
  8. Promptly escalate issues affecting product delivery and quality beyond scope of influence.
  9. Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of solution.
  10. Ensure seamless business operations support when needed.
Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:
  1. 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional.
  2. Participated in 3+ SAP EHS implementation projects.
  3. Responsible for Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, Product Safety and Dangerous Goods. Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas is required.
Soft Skills Required:
  1. Good communication and presentation skills.
  2. Experience in business/client facing role.
  3. Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask.
  4. Clarity of thought and vision.
  5. Ability to ideate and bring solutions to table.
  6. Adherence to timelines without sacrificing quality of output.
  7. Hands on and detail oriented with strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders.
  8. Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time.

Effective problem solvers will clearly articulate problem statements to evolve solutions across domains.
