Reliability Engineer II

The Reliability Engineer II plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of complex electro-mechanical systems. This position requires a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and the ability to apply them to drive reliability growth throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Design for Reliability (DFR) tools to improve hardware and system design.
  • Analyze usage and environmental conditions from the field to improve requirement setting and testing methods.
  • Create Fault Trees and reliability block diagrams to assess system reliability.
  • Develop accelerated test methods to explore failure modes and grow reliability.
  • Work with manufacturing quality, service engineering, supplier quality, and design teams to facilitate field failure resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in electrical component testing.
  • Strong data-driven and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
