Business Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities to grow our business together.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive success for both parties.
- Clinet Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all clients in our CRM systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- A strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, Network Technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
