We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Strategist to join our dynamic sales team at DWAO. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and be responsible for driving sales and revenue through online channels.

Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist role requires familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other digital marketing tools to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings to stay informed about the latest advancements in marketing technology.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels and support the sales team in delivering presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients' queries.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and provide presales support, including the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure individual and team success and prepare regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of work experience in business development.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for technology and a keen interest in marketing solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and goal-oriented self-motivated individual.

Compensation:

Estimated salary range is $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
