About the Role

We're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our S/4HANA Service Engineering & Delivery department, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of activities within defined SLAs for customer/internal landscapes, which will include various internal stakeholders. You'll need to have a sound knowledge of BASIS activities like Client Administration, System Refresh/Copy, and application update/upgrade.

You'll also be responsible for increasing automation along with stabilization improvements to help Operations reduce manual effort and cost structure (lower TCO) and deliver faster services to our customers. This will involve driving issue resolution together with the team and utilizing the expert network.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in Basis & HANA DB Administration along with SAP NetWeaver Technology. They should also have exposure to ITIL/ITSM processes, ITIL certification preferred.

About You
  • Experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Strong knowledge of BASIS activities like Client Administration, System Refresh/Copy, and application update/upgrade
  • Ability to increase automation along with stabilization improvements to reduce manual effort and cost structure (lower TCO)
  • Hands-on knowledge on HANA db administration
  • Knowledge on handling ABAP/HANA performance issues & Root cause Analysis
  • Knowledge on working on Cloud Environment is an added advantage
