About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at RingCentral, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative features that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to design and develop new features and products
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure design implementation and iteration

Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in digital product development, with a focus on user experience and design
  • Proven track record of designing for AI-first use cases and user-centered design principles
  • Strong understanding of design systems, user research, and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred)
