Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr Sous Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing team members, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine in managing kitchen operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of a wide range of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage and train kitchen team members, including scheduling, performance management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu planning, inventory control, and supply management to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- College degree in Hotel Management or related culinary degree.
- At least 3 years of industry and culinary supervisor experience.
- Previous experience training team members in large quantity food preparation.
- Excellent knowledge of quality food operations and leadership skills.
- Passion for teamwork and operational excellence.
