About Us

We're seeking a skilled affiliate marketing professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our affiliate network to drive quality leads, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates.
  • Nurture relationships with affiliate partners and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud metrics.
  • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts (CPL, CPA, CPS, etc.).
  • Ensure campaign delivery, compliance, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Handle affiliate invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc.
  • Experience using tracking and attribution platforms.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
