Lead a team of securities operations professionals at Wells Fargo, driving overall effectiveness and efficiency in the department.

About This Role

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise daily production activities and staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Guide others on complex production improvement efforts, addressing procedural impacts and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide backup for all department functions while offering coaching and feedback to staff members.
  • Prioritize work and provide daily leadership to teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Contribute to resolving corporate governance and compliance issues within the department.
  • Implement new or revised processes and procedures to drive business excellence.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.

You will have the opportunity to interact with internal customers, develop your knowledge, and understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will exercise independent judgment while receiving direction from leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in securities operations, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Job Expectations

This position requires:

  • Availability to work shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
  • Four days of work per week in an office setting.
