Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Indian market, with a proven track record of closing B2B staffing/placement deals. They will be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing contracts with companies that need staffing/placement support across India.

  1. Finding and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  2. Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  3. Developing and delivering pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  4. Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to signed agreement.

The successful candidate will also partner with the delivery team to ensure successful ramp-ups and renewals. They will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, aligning pricing to margin goals, and navigating procurement, vendor onboarding, and legal/commercial terms.

In addition, they will nurture executive relationships, drive referrals, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene. They will monitor competition, win/loss reasons, and refine GTM playbooks.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing/placement industry.
  • Documented quota attainment and a proven ability to negotiate and close agreements.
  • Strong understanding of margins, billing models, and typical TA KPIs.
  • Comfort selling into IT & Non-IT roles; basic knowledge of salary bands and talent markets.
