Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Cloud HCM expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and implementation services for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Providing in-depth training and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based systems, including migration, deployment, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
