Product Growth Manager Role Overview

The Product Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profit outcomes for TD SYNNEX through effective sales enablement, marketing programs, and vendor relationships. This strategic role plays a vital part in achieving sales targets and ensuring the company's commercial success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with product group objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with vendors to execute joint initiatives, enhance inventory management, and optimize business plans for agreed-upon revenue targets and profit outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data by product group and measure critical performance metrics to ensure TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and leverages all commercial opportunities.
  • Support the Product Manager in business forecasting and planning, providing various reports for commercial decision-making purposes.
  • Ensure high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Deal efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 6-8 years of experience within IT distribution.
  • A bachelor's degree as the minimum educational requirement.
  • Appropriate vendor product sales certifications will be an advantage.
  • You must be a self-starter with strong business acumen, able to work with minimal direction and influence business outcomes without direct control.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your well-being and career growth. The exact compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
