Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Expert

As a key player in DBS Bank's Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with high net worth clients.
With a focus on relationship management and cross-selling, you will work to deepen the wallet share of existing customers while acquiring new ones. Your goal will be to achieve annual volume and revenue objectives, driving growth in savings and loan books.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong influencing and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India. You should also have in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition.
DBS Bank offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of ₹10.0 lakhs to ₹20.0 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of perks and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and ambitious professional with 6-12 years of experience in HNI sales or wealth management. You should possess AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certification and have a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
