Human Capital Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant to join our team at BDO RISE Private Limited. As an HCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Ceridian Dayforce solutions for external clients and BDO project teams.
Job Responsibilities- You will act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll.
- You will lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live.
- You will conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, documents, and validates client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality and customizing the Dayforce solution accordingly.
- You will configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules.
- You will provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.
- You will implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices.
- You will train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
- You will manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
- You will identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally and with Ceridian.
- You will complete new release training as needed and be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce.
- B.Tech/MCA/MBA IT from an accredited university is required.
- Four or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is required.
- Three or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience is required.
- Two or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience is required.
- Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices is preferred.
- Prior work experience working with US-based clients is required.
- Client-facing consulting experience is preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
