Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our various hotels and resorts around the world. This will involve:

  • Screening candidates selected for interview and assessing their fit with our company culture and values;
  • Organizing interviews with relevant Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Notifying all candidates of the outcome of their application, maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the process;
  • Carrying out reference checks for successful candidates, verifying their qualifications and experience;
  • Ensuring that new hires receive comprehensive onboarding and support to integrate them into our dynamic teams;
  • Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment trends and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills, logic mindset, and attention to detail, enabling you to evaluate candidate profiles and make informed decisions;
  • Proven time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, helping you navigate complex recruitment challenges and find creative solutions;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to track data and analyze metrics;
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, with strong language skills essential for interacting with colleagues, candidates, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds;
  • A college degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your expertise in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition;
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in the Hospitality industry, showcasing your knowledge and capabilities.
