We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and management.
- Familiarity with global HR practices and international labor laws.
