We are seeking a skilled Education Policy Analyst to join our team at PW (PhysicsWallah). This role involves conducting comprehensive research, analyzing data, and drafting structured content. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in government policies, a flair for writing, and the ability to present information in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on education policies, government initiatives, and related public-sector programs. Analyze research findings to develop innovative and actionable solutions. Stay updated on trends, developments, and challenges in the education and public policy domain.
  • Content Development: Draft organized, well-researched, and coherent content for reports, policy briefs, and presentations. Collaborate with team members to refine and format content for final submission. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written deliverables.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with team members on public-sector-focused projects, contributing through effective communication and documentation skills. Assist in designing solutions for public policy challenges, leveraging experience in policy formulation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Visual Design and Presentation: Create professional, visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations. Design visually appealing graphics and charts to support policy briefs and reports.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and stakeholder consultations as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Education, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in education policy, government initiatives, and public sector collaboration.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and using visualization tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience in policy research, report writing, or content development.
  • Familiarity with public sector operations, government schemes, and education initiatives.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization software.
