**Job Title: Senior React Developer**


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team at Indus Net Technologies in Kolkata. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components and web pages using React JS and HTML5, adhering to best practices and workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user interface components using React JS, adhering to best practices and workflows.
  • Implement state management using libraries such as Redux.
  • Create and maintain responsive and accessible web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize layouts for different devices.
  • Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Apply secure coding techniques to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of applications.
  • Implement unit testing best practices for React components to enhance code quality and reliability.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the front end using profiling tools.
  • Optimize performance using tools such as Lighthouse and React DevTools.
  • Stay current with modern React features, HTML/CSS practices, and web development trends.
  • Propose and integrate improvements into the codebase to enhance functionality and maintainability.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for both React JS and HTML/CSS development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS and HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and best practices for web development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
